Not sure what to say?

I worked for the practice which Dr. Farhat and Dr. Edgar Kahn practiced their craft and great love of architecture and neurosurgery, classical music, and art. Dr. Farhat, was a brilliant photographer and taught me much about his vision and what surgery he had performed during the early morning procedures scheduled or Emergency related in the middle of the night to the wee hours to bring his precise and expert skills to save a life and his grace when talking with the families in the most...

Always an honor to leave a remembrance of Sid, a fine surgeon, colleague, and enjoyable person.

Dr Farhat gave my grandfather a much-needed shunt that two other surgeons refused because of my grandfather´s age. We got my grandfather back and he lived for another 13 years. Words cannot express the family´s gratitude to Dr Farhat.

Great surgeon... When Sid worked at ST Joseph, He graft an Nerve from my left foot into my left arm. He gave me my life back. Just wanted to leave this note of appreciation.
Thank you

Alluring Elegance Bouquet

We are so sorry for your loss. - Viviane Shammas, Ann Arbor

It was my distinct privilege to have worked with Dr. Farhat for 12 years at St. Joe Mercy. I thank him for all that he has done over the years to heal so many people. Many patients have enjoyed an improved quality of life because of his unique skills and talent. There are legions of practicing physician who have benefited from his expertise as he taught them to be the best possible surgeons.

He was the consummate gentleman who could wear an ascot and French cuffs like no other....

I had the honor and privilege to work with Dr. Farhat as a neuro-radiologist at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. for over 30 years. He was a great mentor and friend, always supportive. We performed the first CT scan at SJMH at Dr. Farhat's request upon a compromised ER patient, who benefitted from his care. He will be greatly missed.
