Sally R. Brown

Sally R. Brown, 70, of Blue Mound, IL passed away at 3:35 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 16, 2013) at Imboden Creek Living Center. A service to celebrate Sally's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday (Nov. 21, 2013) at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Blue Mound. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Burial will be in Bement Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society. Sally was born on November 20, 1942 in Bement, IL, the daughter of Raymond and Verdia (Vance) Noe. She was a 1961 graduate of Bement High School. Sally was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church of Bement and Osbornville ATA. She married John Robert Clements on July 7, 1962. He preceded her in death in 1986. She later married C. William Brown on April 17, 1990. Sally is survived by her husband: C. William Brown of Blue Mound, IL; sons: Kent (Susan) Clements of Monticello, IL, Eric (Lisa) Clements of Bement, IL; step-children: Dr. Jay (Jean) Brown of Highland, IL, Kim Brown of Blue Mound, IL, Teresa (Greg) Phillips of Taylorville, IL; grandchildren: Mitchell Clements and Hayden Clements; step-grandchildren: Valerie (Jeremy) Garrett, Darren (Rachel) Burse, Lana (Tim) Casica, Lori Brown, Jackie (Andy) Wieduwilt, Jason (Michelle) Brown, Matt (Emily) Brown; 12 step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: John Robert Clements, 4 sisters: Mary Dillman, Carol Sansone, Shirley Wright and Nancy Snodgrass.
