Dearest Sally, We saw one another through memorable times. Some of them were difficult; most were a 'hoot', as you liked to say. Whether in Milwaukee or Paris, we never just observed life, we lived it in style. That was the spirit that animated us both. Hemingway's definition of courage was: 'grace under pressure'. Sally was one of my wonderful friends from CEA - College Endowment Association. Getting to know her was easy because she was so bright & spirited. We shared a lunch at George Watts Tea Room several years ago & I will never forget her charm & humor. She will be missed by many.
