SALLY ROSE COSTA (nee Felice), age 81, passed away July 26, 2006 in Boca Raton, FL. Wife of Sam; loving mother of Edward (Lauralee), Sam, Jr. (deceased) and Carl (Allison); dearest grandmother of Kimberly Mihalik (Brian), Christopher (Emily), Carey Burtnett (Brian), Cassie, Max, Sam, Briana, and Dillon; great grandmother of Jacob, Mackenzie, Caleb, Cameron and Sophia; daughter of the late Carl and Mary (nee Gallo) Felice; sister of the following deceased: John, Mickey, Jerry, Tony, Carl and Frank Felice and Dolly Manti. Mrs. Costa was the past president of the Ohio chapter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
