Not sure what to say?

Darling Sally:
I miss you more every day but especially on Sunday when we can't tackle the double crostic puzzle together. I know you are looking down with Mommy and Daddy.Where is Uncle Walter? All My Love Forever, Fancy Nancy

Your beloved "Glinda" just informed me of Aunt Sally's passing. My deepest sympathy to Uncle Fred, and my cousins Dinah, Peter and Nancy. I know Aunt Sally's spirit will sustain you all through this very difficult time.
Your Niece/Cousin Anne

Much love to all of you and oh the memories I have of all the nights spent in the Dickson house and Sally watching over us. Yes the bridge and dominoe tables are full with spirit.

Mary

Nancy and I have been friendsfor over 30 years.I have so many wonderful memories of Sally, aka Monkey. As I get older I realize how women like Sally have shaped my asthetic and most importantly my humor.Sally was the one who brought over an entire stuffed 20 pound turkey when my daughter was born, took her for her first haircut, and found a Doctor at 9:00 at night when we were desperate.Sally made us all feel like stars. She is unforgetable and I loved her.

Our eldest son and Sally's grandson Chuck went through grade school together and so we had many chances at school events to exchange stories and laugh. I also met Sally many times dog walking in the Presidio and will miss seeing her around San Francisco very much. She was always kind and considerate in enquiring after our family and she had a gift for looking on the bright side of every situation. I will miss her infectious smile.

I don't even know where to start with the memories of Sally and the times our families spent together. What I do know is that the bridge table in Heaven just became more lively.

My deepest condolences to the entire Dickson family.

I will always remember Sally as a contagiously funny and incredibly cultured and creative woman. I always felt welcome in her home where I learned, as a young teenager, that foie gras was a perfectly acceptable after-school snack.
