Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Durrant first inspired me to study Political Science and ignited my desire to pursue a law degree. She helped me to see my potential. She will live on in my memories. RIP.

Mrs. Durrant was the most dedicated and talented teacher. Even now that I am a teacher, when I hand Philosophy students their Plato's Republic to read, I think of her. As a teacher of Political Science as well, I always draw from her teaching and love of the subject. Her sincere passion for teaching, her sincere love of learning, and her even more sincere love of her students made all the difference. Mrs. Durrant was the teacher that shaped my future. She was amazing! I am so sorry for...

Our family was twice blessed to have Sally teach both our son and daughter. She and Bob went beyond teaching to gifting our daughter with a visit while she was a freshman at college in Connecticut. We still talk about the dividends that all of their efforts have paid to both of our children and will be forever grateful.

Mrs. Durrant was by far the greatest teacher I had in all my years. Her sincere caring for the outcomes of her students was not only crystal clear but she often went well beyond the call with respect to our education and personal guidance. I still remember the events that she and Mr. Durrant would graciously hold at their own home for the class. I'm honored that I had a chance to be under her tutelage and her memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all of the students lucky enough to...

To the family of Mrs. Durrant,
As I look back at my years at HHS, a few teachers stand out as being the ones who accepted me during my awkward times, and Mrs. Durrant was one of them. She always asked me about my day, about my family, and about my feelings, which, as a parent now, I see as the most valuable virtue a teacher can have... caring for students when they need it the most.
We will pray for her, and for the family members and friends she leaves behind.

Sally Durrant was a dear friend -- forever supportive, unwaveringly loyal, strong and determined through adversity. Her friendship is an eternal gift.

Sally was a beautiful person both inside and out.She was a great teacher, but for me,Sally was a great listener!I will miss her dearly. My family sends our deepest condolences to Bob,who truly was her best friend.

Mrs. Durrant was a wonderful Mentor to our son Tony. She influenced him in many ways and he kept in contact with her through collge at Gettysburg and
beyond. She will be missed and thought nof often by the Angelini Family.

Bob,
So sorry to hear of Sally's passing. I feel so blessed to have known her as long as I have and have nothing but happy memories of her. Always a 'happy ' smile when she entered the Salon and her courage and wisdom I'll never forget. YOu and her were always so dear to me and my girls. Thank YOu !
