My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. She was an amazing woman with lots of heart, determination, and courage. I last saw her a couple of days prior to discharge from the hospital. We were laughing together in her room. I remember commenting to some of the other nurses how happy she looked.

My most sincere sympathy go out to your entire family. I have known Ms Flynn for about a year now. And as many of us here in the MICU I believe that Sally was a strong woman with an incredible heart. Last time I saw Sally she gave me a big smile and that is just perfect because that is the way I want to remember her.

We were all sorry to hear of Sally's passing. She was a joy and a pleasure to see each week in our studio. Having won our Survivor fitness program last year at Redefined, we all came to know what a true Survivor she really was. We will miss her smiling face and know she is now at peace. I worked with Sally many years ago at Baxter Healthcare. Sally and I shared the love of exercise and talked about running a lot.
