Ms. Evans was one of my Sheffield Elementary School teachers in Lynchburg. I remember thinking she was so pretty and nice and she made me feel comfortable. That was so important to a shy child. So sorry for her family´s loss.

My sympathy to the family of a lady that was my 4th grade teacher. I recall sitting in her classroom when Kennedy was shot. She was lovely and memorable

So sorry. She was a good friend in school and in the neighborhood. She is in the pointed hat at a Halloween party in about 1943 or 44. I had a baby blue antifreeze jacket she would wear during school on cold days. Nice memories.
