Not sure what to say?

Sally was a very special and wonderful person. I remember her delicious biscuits and the family home near Cherry Log. I thought the world of her, we became friends as I was close to Rachel. Another person who left deep imprints on my soul. I am very sorry for your loss. Your mother was someone like a saint that I have thought back frequently about through out my life. My sincere condolences for your loss.

Exploring the internet and trying to catch up on the Lassiters, I was saddened to see Sally's passing. As a former faculty member of MVCA, my life was blessed in the mid 80s by being part of Ike and Sally's vision for Christian education in the Atlanta area. Dear Ike and Family,
You can be comforted in knowing that your precious Wife, Mother, and Grandmother is now safe in the arms of Jesus!
She loved each One of you so very much, spreading joy and laughter in Motherhood and Marriage! She reminded me often of her own dear Mother, Mrs. James (Miriam) Heiskell, Founder of The Heiskell School! I still remember your sweet little faces and your dear hearts in my Three Year Old Classes at Heiskell!
May the Lord bless...

We were so saddened to read the news of this outstanding woman. What a remarkable, gracious soul. To the family...your many happy memories are God's gift to you. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

We are so sorry to hear of Sally’s passing, Cyndie. Losing a sister is so hard. Praying for the family.

A beautiful testament to a beautiful woman.

Sally was a great lady. I remember her well from Crusade days, Ike too.

Sweet Lassiter Family,
Not a week goes by that something doesn’t remind me of your precious family. With so many hours spent under your roof (what’s one more kid when there are already so many?), running back and forth between the Heiskell and Lassiter houses, my memories of childhood are woven with memories of your family as well. I send my deepest condolences to all of you on the loss of Mrs. Lassiter (I tried to type ‘Sally,’ but my fingers wouldn’t let me) and hope you all are well....
