Sally K. Lott was a devoted mother and wife, bringing her New York upbringing to Monticello.

She ran a great family, assisting her longtime husband, John, and raising two superb children in Sally and Tony.

Very active in the Methodist Church in Monticello, she was also very interested in and active in the support of her children.

Just speaking for me, I very much enjoyed visiting with her; and, when her husband was alive, with the both of them.
