Not sure what to say?

Randall, our hearts go out to you. Phil and Charla Bird and Carol Bird Shanks

Randall, Adam, and Caroline,

Katy and I were saddened to learn of your loss. Sally was a wonderful friend to us and our sons Jon, Jr., and Sam. We have fond memories of the Easter afternoons with the four of you, plus Nancy, Walt, and Heather. Those happy reflections will be with us always.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers,

Jon Davis

Dear Caroline,
I am so sorry for your loss. Please extend my sincere condolences to the rest of your family. Nina has talked to me of your very special relationship with your mother. As well, she will remembered for the way she embraced all of your friends by her thoughtfulness. She is a role model for you, Nina, and also for me. She leaves behind a precious legacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
Sincerely and lovingly,
Janet D'Arcangelo and the D'Arcangelo...

My thoughts and prayers are with the Mock family and Sally's extended family at this very sad loss. Sally was the very first attorney I worked for at Hastie & Kirschner and taught me so much about about attention to detail and striving for perfection. Today I am with Thompson & Knight law firm in Dallas but think of the lessons in life she taught me. God Bless your family during this time.

I met Sally once in person.., but was so glad to have met the sister-in-law of my sister, Barb, Joe Merkle's wife. I had heard for many years about this totally "neat" woman from my sister. I couldn't begin to imagine how "neat" a person could be until last May when I had the opportunity to meet Caroline in NYC on a "sisters" weekend Barb, Jen and I had. To see the love on that beautiful young woman's face with each mention of her mother, to hear of just a few of the thoughtful and loving...

I am extremely saddened at the too sudden and too soon loss of such an important person to our society. I knew Sally in college as a brilliant, fun loving person with quick wit and intellect. My sincere condolences to Randall and the children.

Sally was such an integral part of the Board of Bar Examiners. She was pleasant, level headed, well informed, diplomatic, and compassionate. She also always found an opportunity to speak fondly of her family. All of us on the Board will miss her so.

Randall,
I was so saddened to hear of the loss of your wife. Although I did not know her well, her obituary tells me allot about her. She obviously lived a life full of caring for others. I know that you will miss her sharing life with you. My prayer is that the memories of the past will encourage you and enrich your life. You are important and cared for by so many friends.

I was so surprised and sad to see the notice about Sally. When she was at McAfee, Taft I had several loan closings with her clients as a loan officer at Continental Federal. She was always so friendly and very professional. I will miss seeing her and Randall walking down Lenox Ave in front of my house on Saturday Morning.
