Not sure what to say?

I just heard the sad news of Sally's passing. She was a lovely lady, whom I feel blessed to have known. I met Sally when I was in the hotel business and she was with Dayco. I always enjoyed her wonderful smile and kind words. She will be missed. My heart goes out to her family.

"Bye, bye Miss American Pie. Drove my chevy to the levy, but the levy was dry. And them good ole boys were drinking whiskey and rye, singing this'll be the day that I die." Heard this song on the radio this morning, and thought of Sally and how we sent her out with a bang at the 2010 Missouri Division Annual meeting in Cape. She had a blast, as we all did, and enjoyed celebrating life.

Sally was one of the first IAAP members outside of the Girardot Chapter who inspired me. She was always bopping around (yes, I mean bopping) doing everything she could to help everyone she could. She was full of energy and was a great IAAP mentor. She will be sorely missed by all of us in the Girardot Chapter!

Sally was an inspiration to many of us in PSI/IAAP. I was honored to serve on her board and have treasured her friendship through the years. I feel that she is at peace now and will join her loving husband. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends, especially Melynda who has been by her side for years. It was a joy to know Sally and she maintained her positive outlook on life despite her battle with cancer. I loved our weekly card games, treasure some gifts she made us, and will always value her friendship. My condolences to her family.

The Greater Ozarks Chapter IAAP has a special place in our hearts for Sally. She was an inspiration to each of us.
Sally was a blessing to know. We send our condolence to her family and friends.

I had just met you Sally during the Missouri Annual Division Meeting and I thought you were a gracious beautiful lady. I hope you have a time up in heaven one day we will meet again God willing. God Bless your family and friends.

Sally was a dear friend and a mentor to me. I first met Sally in 1993 when I became a member of Hawthorn Chapter IAAP. I have always admired her professionalism and her enthusiasm and I will always be grateful for her guidance and encouragement while I served as President of Hawthorn Chapter this past year. I will forever cherish the memories I have of this sweet lady.

Sally was a very special person to everyone she met. She definitely was an inspiration for all to follow ... always had a smile for you no matter what. I will continue to pray for her family and our IAAP sister Melynda. May God bless all of you. Love,
