Sally was one of the first people I met when I was hired at Kendall College or Art And Design in the early 2000´s. She was warm and welcoming and became a true mentor. She advised me on handling student situations and her office door was always open. We missed her when she retired and we continue to miss her now. A very classy, trustworthy and admirable person who had the respect of everyone around her!

I absolutely loved Sally. I worked with her at Kendall College for years and would visit her after she retired. What a ball of energy! She was lovely. Fun, funny, smart, fair, and always so happy. A classy lady with an enviable wardrobe. She had my back, always. I will remember her fondly and will miss her deeply. I hope heaven has a golf course!

Sally and Fred were sincere and generous friends, and whenever my parents would reconnect, they would reminisce about the Ardmore days, and laugh like always. My father and Fred played football together for Bob Sullivan's Grand Rapids Blazers. My mom and Sally would attend the games with other friends. Sincere condolences...
