Not sure what to say?

Tomorrow is your birthday. It seems so weird that we won't be celebrating with you...
You always loved birthdays, and never missed a single one, not for 25 of my own! I'll be thinking of you extra hard tomorrow and wishing you were here with us. I guess this is my "card to Heaven", so to speak! I sent a card to your mom too, so that hopefully she won't be as sad. Take good care of my "STAR".
I'll never stop loving you.........
Happy Birthday my SALLY!

I will always miss my "Sally Sue".

Love you,
"Lisa Lou"

I tried to write you a letter before, but it deleted instead of posting. I will collect my thoughts and write again, although it may not be today.

We miss you terribly. You were one in a million. Everyone else says they're too busy, but you always made time & when everyone else was selfish, you were more concerned for other people. Our house has you scattered throughout, in cards, pictures, books and many other things you shared with us. More important than those things are the...

MR&MRS SCRUGGS, MY FAMILY IS SADDEN FOR YOUR LOSS.I MET SALLY THRU MARCIA PARRISH. WE HAVE HAD ALOT LAUGHS AND TEARS.. SHE WAS GREAT WOMAN, WHOM WE ALL LOVED.. I AM GLAD SHE IS FREE OF PAIN AND WITH OUR LORD NOW.. SHE IS AT PEACE..

I love you and I can't believe you're gone. I know that you are in a better place because of how you lived your life. You were the most unselfish, generous, scholarly, interesting person I have ever known and I am so lucky to have had you as such a BIG part of my life. Richard, Elizabeth and I will miss you dearly and we will never forget all of the fond memories and things that you taught us (in life and in death). Rest well-- you fought hard! I will love you always, my Sal.

I met Sally when we both worked at the UVA Clinical Laboratories. She was a special friend and I have many fond memories of her. I will miss her greatly but I find comfort in the fact that she is no longer suffering.
