Not sure what to say?

I can still picture him making sausage! Always working hard! RIP

To Benny and Marco and Family, I just heard about your dads passing, I am so sorry to hear this. Sal was such a sweet and kind soul. Always saw him at Pellegrinos. When I lived in Florida and came up to visit always went to Pelligrinos and Sal always gave me his rice pudding. I will always remember him for that. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. RIP Sal.

Benny, Marco and family We are very saddened by the loss of you dad. We were away and just found out about his passing. I loved talking with him at the store about all my relatives he knew and his giving me his meatballs to take for lunch. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. He is with your mom now. Tony and Donna Califano

My dad always looked forward to visiting Sal at Pellegrinos and also I remember him visiting Sal and his brother (??), at a restaurant/diner that i can't remember in downtown Albany. He and my mom always spoke very highly of Sal and his family. Rest in peace, Mr. Anastasio.

Benny, my thoughts and prayers are with you, your sister, Anna and brother, Marco and entire family. Losing a parent is so hard and may your father be in Heaven in resting in peace. God bless

Dear Benny, Marc and families. So sorry on the passing of your father, our deepest condolences. Sergio & Melissa Garufi

Dear Benny and family, Tom and I are truly sorry for your dad´s loss. Tom and I will miss him. He was always so inviting and eager to serve us espresso corretto (with anisette). I´d always walk to the back of the shop where he´d be at the stove cooking and he´d always be so happy to see me. We always enjoyed him! So sorry for your loss .

To Benny and Family, Your dad was a sweet, wonderful man. So sorry for your loss.
