Dear Elisabeth,
I was saddened to hear of Sam's death.
I know how difficult it is, as I lost Frank three years ago March 14th. Frank enjoyed the friendship that he and Sam shared.
You are in my thoughts and I hope that, as time passes, you are able to find peace and comfort in the many memories you shared.
