Not sure what to say?

I just found out Sal passed away and I am so sorry for his loss. I am sorry to the family!

Our deepest sympathy to Rose Marie and the entire family. Sal was a great man. Many fond memories of singing in the St Columbkille adult choir to giving him a tour in Germany when I was in the Air Force. He will be greatly missed. Thank you Sal for your service in the U.S. Army. Will love you always.

Sal was a beloved colleague of mine at CTS and RTA. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more generous man to work with. He always had a kind word for everybody and made this very young coworker feel welcomed. My heartfelt sympathy to his family.

Dear Rose and Family,
I was saddened to hear about Sal's passing. What a dear man to chose a wife as sweet and kind as you, Rose, shows he was also a smart man. To have raised such a wonderful family together, speaks to his devotion as a husband and a father. What a beautiful life he led. God bless him and your family.

A man who loved deeply, Sal championed his family, his country and his alma mater John Carroll U. When I picture Sal, I think of joy, smiles, and good times. What a great legacy!

The Colonel was one of my dad's (Dick Huberty) best friends. They spent many hours on the phone together, talking about Catherdral Latin and John Carroll alumni activities of course, but just about family and life also. My dad is in the hospital today and cannot attend the funeral, but I know he is there in spirit and I know that the Colonel knows too. Prayers to the family from Louisville.

He will be truly missed by all the members of the Post and the Department of Ohio not only for his contributions but also for the upstanding, patriotic and kind...
