Not sure what to say?

I knew Sal back in the days when he was President of Capitol Records. He spent a lot of time at the beach club in the Hamptons where I grew up and was a lifeguard. Who knew that one day I would become an executive at Capitol Records NYC. He was a good man, always friendly and appeared very happy in life. RIP Mr. Iannucci.

With my deepest sympathy on the death of my first cousin Sal.
My mother was Sal Sr.'s sister Camille Iannucci Melillo.
In fact Sal's granddaughter was given my mom's name.
I have never met my West Coast Iannucci relatives but feel a connection.
I just found out this morning that Sal had passed.
May he rest in eternal peace.

I sang and entertained for the residents at Marycrest Manor every week until COVID 19 prevented visitations. I hope to return after a vaccine is available. I usually introduced each song with some background or an amusing fact or story relating to the song or songwriter. I noticed Sal at my 1st performance. He was so involved. He answered ?’s and shared humorous experiences about songwriters or singers etc. with whom he worked. He was such a pleasure to have in my audience.

It was great getting to know Sal at Marycrest! He couldn't eat like the rest of us, but he always kept a positive attitude! I never saw him give into self pity even when I first met him about 10 years ago. He was also very encouraging toward me telling me I should be singing regularly other places using my God-given talents. I liked talking politics with him and I was always amazed at how well-informed us was at 90+ years! He will be greatly missed!! May be rest in peace in the arms of his...

I knew Sal for the last nine years at Marycrest Manor. He was always positive no matter what came his way. He encouraged everyone around him. He became a painter while he was there. His personality was big, loving and caring. I will miss him. He leaves a big void in my heart.

Sal was simply one of the best.
Condolences to the entire family and all who were lucky enough to have them in their lives.
Rest in peace, old friend.
