I MISS MY FRIEND
I MISS COFFEE..MORNING NOON AND NIGHT.
I MISS NAPS ON THE COUCH, PATSY CLINE ON THE STEREO AND KICKING MY SHOES OFF.
I MISS POT LUCK DINNERS SIMMERING IN THE CORNER OF THE KITCHEN, DIRTY JOHN HOT DOGS AND SUNDAY DINNERS EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK WITH MY FRIEND.
I MISS THOSE HIDDEN CHOCOLATE BARS IN THE DRAWER AND POPCORN ON THE TABLE AND RED GUM DROPS.
SOMETIMES I EVEN MISS THE LONG CONVERSATIONS ABOUT POLITICS AND KIDS.
