I too had the pleasure of knowing Sal during my days @ Dorchester District Court from 1983 to 1988. My sister Gayle could not say it any better. Sal was from my father's generation; when gentlemen were gentlemen. And Sal was always Sal, whether he was on the job or off. He always had a smile and a hello for anyone that he met.
