Salvatore Vincent Siino
May 13, 1952- April 28, 2014
Resident of Paradise, CA
Salvatore Vincent Siino passed away on Monday, April 28 in Paradise, CA due to complications from a recent surgery. His fighting spirit and ability to enjoy life despite his daily struggles were an inspiration to those around him.
Vince was born in Pittsburg, CA and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1970. During high school and after graduation Vince worked as a carpenter and business partner in Ace Builders with his father and brothers. He was musically gifted and played many instruments. His band, "Beast", taking first in several Battle of the Band concerts in the late 60's and early 70's. Sadly Vince's life was tragically altered after a car accident in 1972 left him dependent on the nurturing care of his family. His love for music and local sport teams, the A's, Giants and 49er's stayed with him throughout the years. Even though his speech was hindered he could still sing till his passing day. At the very end he sang, "Amazing Grace", with his family.
Vince is survived by his loving Mother, Mildred D Siino of Oakley, CA, siblings Cathy Romo of Antioch, CA, Rose Siino of Paradise, CA and Anthony Siino of Clayton, CA. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. He's proceeded in death by his father Salvatore N. Siino and his brother Timothy H. Siino. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
There will be a private Celebration of Life for the immediate family. Condolences can be sent to Millie Siino at P.O. Box 2927, Antioch CA 94531

I remember how Vinnie sang all the words to a Beatles song. Rest in peace!
