Aunt Marianne, Allison and Chrissy,
Uncle Sal was an amazing man. I have not stopped thinking of all of you since I heard the news. Whenever I described Uncle Sal to friends, I would always say he was bigger than life. During trips to the US OPEN I always looked forward to spending time with you both and am so appreciative of the time you all took to come into the city to see me. Those lunches and dinners have a special place in my heart.
I will always think back on my Christmas...

Sal- I will miss you terribly as both a mentor and a friend. You were a constant presence for more than 30 years in my professional life and I will always be grateful for your guidance and wisdom. You have left a hole not just with me but with thousands of people across Wall Street. You wil never be forgotten. Rest in Peace

Marianne and family. My sincerest condolences. From the first day I met my new 'boss' in the WTC, Sal never treated me as anything but a friend and colleague.AS a BC grad, I walked in and saw a picture of Sal with Fr Monan and thought I was being set up.After he left ICAP, Sal made sure we'd meet at least once a month to stay in touch and I looked forward to every one of them.Sal was a true friend and not easily said about many in our business.I, too, will miss him greatly. Rest in Peace Bubba.

Dear Marianne, Allison & Chris,
I was so sad to hear this news...when I first joined ncc, and knew no one, your father was always so warm and welcoming. His positive energy is something I will never forget.
Praying for you,

Marianne : I wanted to send you a personal note of condolence and prayers for Uncle Sal. My parents always talked about him and I remember him of course - last time I saw you all I was a teenager. Stan still talked about him and you all the time to me. My prayers and thoughts are with you. I am so sorry. Love to you and the family.
