Emily, I was so sorry to hear about Sal's death when speaking with my Aunt Ann last evening--too late to come and make a visit. I would so have loved to bid him a sincere goodbye and give a hug to you and your children. How fortunate I have the consolation of seeing both of you at Aunt Mary's party last month. I sure will miss that smile and a kiss he always had whenever he saw me. Love, Angela

If you met Sal once it was like you had known him forever. He was a memory of what people used to be like, when you were welcomed to come sit, talk and laugh about past,current and future. I will miss Sal and my wishes of strengh go to his wife Emily at this time.
