Not sure what to say?

Sam The Legacy you left behind his beautiful, bLACKBERRY FARM has grown blackberry mountain has come to be and your family is growing and changing. I still see you in the dining room. Every time we visit Mary Celeste has done an amazing job you are missed but your legacy is huge. I still see that smile and that head of curls welcoming, hospitable and happy.

Cheers Sam!

I was quite shock today when we heard the news. We only visited BBF once in 2012 and although we never met, you were like part of our family. BBF is the only company that we actually looked forward to receiving their spam. We fight over who got to read the BBF brochure first when it arrived via U.S. mail (please never stop sending using U.S. mail, it works!). Sam, May your legacy continue from above. Rest in the peace in the arms of the Lord. You will be forever missed.

Sandy, I was really sorry to hear the news about your son Sam, and wanted to extend my sincere condolences to you and your family.

A friend who lives in Menlo Park and has access to the best restaurants in the west said the sampler meal at Blackberry was the best she had ever eaten...and that the service was also the best,,Thanks to Sam and praying that what he started continues;;;

My sincere condolences to all the Beall family and everyone at Blackberry Farm. I never had the pleasure of meeting Sam but have been coming to BF since the early '90s. Sam's magic is present in every inch of the farm and everyone who works there. It's been amazing to watch the changes and is my favorite place to be. Thank you Sam! God bless.

During our 7 visits thus far to Blackberry over the past 20 years, we watched Sam grow,as did his vision of it. His passion, hospitality and grace were unparalleled. We used to joke on our visits that Blackberry had employees hiding in the trees, as they always seemed to show up - and stay hidden, all at the right times.
May you have some small comfort that Sam met the very essence of what Blackberry is - he has planted so many seeds, both for a flourishing and loving family and for the...
