Broad, Sam February 7, 2017 Beloved husband of Phyllis Rubin Broad for 70 years; dear father of Jay (Debbie) Broad, Cheri (Tony Bosworth) Beck and the late Laurie (Frederick) Schroeder; loving grandfather of Jeremy Broad, Jonas (Shaina) Broad, Adam Schroeder, Heather (Robert) Kitchens and Rickie Clark; beloved great grandfather of Ellie, Caleb, Hunter and Trevor Broad, Desiree and Lane Kitchens; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Sam was the owner of Broad Brothers TV Sales and Service for over 40 years. He was Worshipful Master of Benjamin Franklin Lodge #642 in 1989 and 1992 and he was a decorated Fire Controlman on the USS Woolsey DD437 during WW II. His greatest joy was being with his family, friends and his lodge brothers. Services: Thursday, February 9, beginning with visitation at 12:00 PM followed by a Masonic Service at 12:30 PM and a religious service at 1:00 PM at RINDSKOPF-ROTH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5216 Delmar Blvd. Interment to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

So very sorry to hear about Sam. I'll always remember visiting him with my dad, Joe Kohm, upstairs at the Sinclair Station. Such a nice man with a great smile. May he rest in peace.
