I had the privilege of caring for Sam as his RN Case Manager, along with Angie, Danielle and Debbie, my Home Health Assistants. Sam was a sweet and kind man who loved life and people. We will miss his hugs and beautiful smile. May God bless him with His peace and eternal rest.
