Dear Priscilla & family, I just saw this obituary & am so saddened by the news. Sam was a wonderful man who will be missed by all who called him friend. I think of your family when I drive by the farm in Burton & I´m keeping you all in my prayers.

Dear Davis Family, I just saw this obituary and I´m so saddened by the news of Sam´s passing. I think of you all when I drive by the farm in Burton & want you to know that you´re in my thoughts & prayers. Sam was a wonderful man & he will be missed by all who were blessed to know him.

My condolences to the family and friends. Remember all the great times and the impact it seems he had on many people. John R.

Sam was my brother-in-law. I loved him and have some memories. When Sam and Priscilla would come and enjoy a couple of days with their dog, who is living with Priscilla still, their visit was always a pleasure and their dog could not have behaved any better. I also remember making trips to Houston and enjoying the beautiful flowers in the spring, their children and Grandchildren. Sam will never be forgotten by me and my spouse Richard Carraway.

Oh I wish I could you join you. Rembering Sam´s love of Bungay Lake 4th celebrations and fireworks from your deck What a great meaningful life he lived Hugs, Leslie Holander

What a beautiful testimony to a wonderful man and the life he led. I´m sending love to all of you as you celebrate the memory of Sam. With love and condolences...
