Not sure what to say?

Sam was famous at The Columbian for "sandbagging" what he had sold (keeping it a secret until the end) so you never knew if you were ahead of him, or behind. I learned a lot from him: how to focus on more than one thing and juggle the many different aspects of selling advertising.

Jacque, please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your husband, Sam. Although it has been many years since we have visited, I fondly remember you both from a time when life was slower. I fondly remember you from our youth in the same congregation - the old North Unit. May Jehovah bless you and your family. Sam will be there at Jehovah's will. It will make your heart glad.

My memories of Sam started with our move to Vancouver. You both were so hospitable and gave us a helping hand getting established in the community and congregation. Sam always showed that quality with a quiet steadiness that seemed to define him. We will miss him.

Our Love and prays are with at this time.
May Jehovah be with you.

I worked with Sam at The Columbian for several years. I remember him as such a nice man. I'm sad that that he passed away.

Goning to miss sam he would stop and we would talk for a time may the lord be with your family at this time

I worked with Sam in the late 80's in the Columbian advertising dept. I always enjoyed Sam's calming presence and it was a pleasure to have known him and worked with him. My partner Brian from John's in Battle Ground who had Sam as a rep also thoroughly enjoyed working with Sam and respected him for his professionalism and friendship. Godspeed Sam! My Condolences to his family.

Sam was one of the nicest people I worked with at the Columbian. Always helpful, kind, and understanding.
