Not sure what to say?

I am lifted by the memory of Sam's smiling, twinkling eyes. Sam always treated my friends and I with warmth, kindness and friendship. Rhonda and Nathan, I am terribly sorry for your loss but know that Sam touched many, many lives. He will be missed.

Dear Mrs Karadsheh and Family,
I was so sad to hear of Sam's passing. Sam was such a warm and friendly presence in the restaurant which made the wonderful food taste even better. I applaud your strength and bravery for reopening the restaurant and hope the many friends you have will help to heal the sadness and loss you all must be feeling.

Dear Rhonda and family - We were saddened to hear of Sam's passing. Our sympathy and prayers to you all.

We had lunch last Tuesday (1/8) and talked to you and your parents.

Dear Rhonda and all of Sam's family,

I was so sorry to hear of Sam's passing. He was a gentleman, a wonderful host, and a genuinely warm human being. I shall miss making some origami figures for him, but I will really miss him and his observations on life and his wisdom, and, of course, the unique and amazing way he could prepare some of the best food in the area. My deepest sympathies on the passing of this great man.

Oh Sam,
How I will miss your smile every Christmastime when I come back to Michigan to eat at Sam's Oasis. Every year your greeting meant so much to me, as you always remembered who I was... and you taught me to sprinkle lemon juice on the lentil soup to bring out the flavor. You'd laugh when I ordered "your tea, not the stuff in the little bag"... I can't count the happy times I spent eating in your restaurant, but know that you are very much missed. Thank you for the smiles, food and...

My heart aches for you. I know that i will deeply miss Sam and his warm, welcoming smile. Each time i think about him, i see that shining face. What a legacy to be remembered by such a warm countentance. And what a loss for us all. I am eternally grateful that his smile is burned in my memory. I am forever blessed to have known this loving, gifted man. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.
