My name is Jim Sivilli. You don't know me but Sammy and I were best friends in 7th and 8th grade at St. Ambrose. We each spent a lot of time together--best buds. He was at my house or I was at his all the time. I just wanted to say how sorry I am for you all. He was a great guy. Very sad.

So sorry to hear of Sam's illness and passing! I remember him always running along Tucson Blvd. May the Lord give you His peace and comfort!

Grace and all family members I am saddened to hear of Sam´s passing. Many generations of our families were very close friends. My Great Uncle Ralph King was best friends with Sam Sr. as well as my mother Jackie Matteson and Uncle Ed Wolgast. I had the privilege of working with Grace teaching for one year. Sam will be sorely missed by Grace and his entire family. Sam has entered Heaven´s Gates with peace and surrounded by love. All will miss Sam´s gentle soul and spirit.
