Not sure what to say?

Sam,
It's been 6 years and every time I get on my bike, I think of you my friend and brother. I'm sure that heaven is louder now with the sound of your pipes. Save a parking spot for me and we will once again ride together.
Marianne and Brie, you remain in my thoughts and prayers.

From all of us at Brooks Shepard American Legion Post 765 we extend our condolences to Sam's family. On a personal note, it was my privilege to know "Commander Rex" and I will miss his enthusiasm and concerns for all veterans.

Praying for all of you at this difficult time.

Sam, I miss you already. I am honored to have been your friend if for only a very short time. You left us way too soon. I can just see you greeting your son with that great bit beautiful smile. Meanwhile, I will pray for those you left behind. I'm sending you one last hug. God Bless you Sam..........

Christina and family:Thinking of you at this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Marianne and family...we are truly saddened that we will not be able to attend Sam's memorial services as we are out of town. We were amazed at how positive Sam always was about his condition in particular, and about life in general. What an inspiration he's been to so many of us at the Post! He was a kind and loving soul...
Peace and Blessings, Randy and Maureen
