Dear Jeff & Myra,

Honey and I were deeply saddened to learn of Sam's death. He was a wonderful companion to Eleanor. His friendship with you enriched both your lives. Sam provided his entire family with many beautiful memories to share and enjoy. He will be missed. Our sympathies are with you.

Sincere sympathy in this time of sorrow to you all. I am a friend of Jeff's, and have been grateful for his counsel on many occasions. "Death ends a life, but not a relationship."

Dear Neil, Kathy, Jeff, Mary, Bonnie, Jeff, Myra, Sheri, Dave, Jason, Leslie, Lily, Scott, Gail, Travis, Abby, Jessica, Liza, Jeff, Eli, Jackson, Molly, Griffin, Hunter, Julian, Max, and Jesse, Barbara and Susan,

Uncle Sammy was a kind and lovable guy, one who rolled non complainingly with all the hurdles life threw his way. Howard and I are distraught that we are unable to be with you to share in your grieving and celebration of a beautiful soul. His memory will be in...

My heart goes out to you at this time in your lives and in the days ahead.
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief.
May your memories bring you comfort.

Sam was "one in a million!" Having known him as a friend and a person with whom I could share thoughts and aspirations. I cherish my acquaintance with him.

From California,Corrine and Tom Feinberg extend their deepest sympathies to the entire family. Sam was a great person and a gentleman at all times. He will e missed by all who knew him.

Papa Sam was an incredible grandfather and great grandfather. I always remember how well he took care of my grandma Eleanor, and how he allowed me to have a wonderful extended family of cousins, uncles, and aunts.
Last night, I was reading a book with my 6 year old, and the main character's name was Papa Sam. I thought this was poetic justice. Papa Sam will be greatly missed by my family.
Love: Liza, Jeff, Max and Jesse
