Not sure what to say?

Annette and Carolyn,
We learned of Sam's death while we were out of town. We regret not knowing before then. We remember Sam fondly from the trip we all took to Niagra. We send our thoughts and prayers to all of you.

Words alone cannot express exactly what my Uncle Sam meant to me and my family. There are so many memories that will sustain us as we face the challenges of living without him in our lives. Our family finds great comfort in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We look forward to seeing him in heaven again some day. I am sorry that I couldn't be there today with the rest of the Trinker family. Sam was a fine man and a very dear friend. Ken, he helped us through the loss of our father in 1981 and we are all here for you and yours.
God be with you.

Kenny and Family -
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
