Nothing but wonderful memories of Sam Wee. Unassuming and unpretentious coupled with such brilliance and oh, so personable, even in awkward junior high days. Always challenging conversations with this excellent communicator. His leadership shined at student council workshops as he humbly sought to build leaders and used his greatness to make others great. There are people that influence us early on, even if we knew them for only a few short years. Sam was an inspiration of excellence when I knew him and Don back at Hadley. I was greatly saddened to hear of his loss for he lived a life of giving back to so many.

Such a loss to all of us. 40 years later I still remember conversations I had with Sam in Orchestra at West High. He made everyone feel like they were important. Sincere sympathy to his family.

Ah, Rest In Peace sweet Sam Wee! I have the best memories of our years together at Hadley! You were smarter than most of us combined but you NEVER made anyone feel any way but liked and respected! My deepest condolences to the Wee family! Sam left footprints on many hearts!

I was just talking about Sam the other night in a conversation with my husband. I sat next to Sam in 8th grade Lang. Arts class and in Orchestra class at Hadley Jr. High in 1968. He was top notch in every way. A friend to every one. We lost a real treasure.
