Samantha was born on November 9, 1986 and passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018. Samantha was a resident of Florida at the time of passing. There are no formal services planned at this time. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in loving memory of Samantha Jean Adkins may be made to any charities giving to the Military or Local Fire Departments.
I worked at Publix with Sam, and considered her a friend, (daughter) like!!
My heart aches for her children and her family, She had a good heart, and will be missed by many.... I pray her chyhave a good life, and that her good memories are preserved for them!!!!!! ❤
