Samantha Jean Kelley was born April 15, 1992 to Robert Lee Kelley and Beverly Jean Kelley. She is a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie and in her free time enjoyed painting, drawing and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her daughter Mckenzie Jean Clark, parents Robert Lee Kelley and Beverly Jean Kelley, sisters Lenay Newman, Sabrina Kelley, Lacey Kelley, her grandmother Marjorie Newell and numerous aunts and uncles.
Samantha passed away October 2, 2017. Services will be celebrated privately.

Sam was my best friend through middle school and a good portion of high school. We kind of drifted apart about halfway through high school but she was always in my heart. I remember her infectious smile and laugh and can hear it so clearly when I think of it.
