Not sure what to say?

Students, staff and parents remember and are grateful for a gifted educater who really cares about others and does her best.

Same was such a warm, welcoming classy lady. She enjoyed making all feel at home. I will forever remember her smile and her laugh. She taught me what true hospitality was. Samme and I "clicked" the first day we met and I will never forget her. Rest in peace Samme. Mary Simpkins caregiver

So sorry to hear this about Samme. First met her our freshman year at Holtville High School. She was a good person and friend. I know she will be missed. RIP SAMME

You were an amazing teacher who made an impact on so many young lives. You made school fun and made each one of us feel equally important to you. I'm thankful I was able to spend time with you long after our school years were over. You are loved and will be missed. Rest in peace.

Samme was a lovely, classy lady, so intelligent & always the life of the party. I worked with her at Wilson in the early 80´s Then my daughter was blessed to have her for social studies later & enjoyed Sammie´s innovative classroom & joyful personality.

I had Mrs Rainey for 5th grade at Finely Elementary. She made school fun and enjoyed her creative teaching techniques. She had lots of passion for teaching us and we all saw it and appreciated it. Rest in Peace

Samme was a lady with class. And she was a great teacher ! Rest in Peace Samme ....

What a wonderful life history of living her life to the fullest. Loved her obituary and how she overcame any struggles. Prayers for the family and deepest sympathy.
