Read MoreI just learned of Sammie´s death & am saddened. She was a teaching colleague when we both taught at South Grand Prairie High School. She was smart, nice, & beautiful. There is definitely a hole in many of our hearts that she is gone. Rest well, colleague & friend.

I had Ms. Walker my senior year at SGPHS 74-75. She was an incredible mentor and had an impact on me and my education. My sincerest condolences, thoughts and prayers for her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
