I was deeply saddened to learn today that Dr. Pachikara passed away. I had my visit with Dr. SAMSON and was unaware that he had passed away. She came into my room and I immediatly knew something was wrong.
The light in her eyes was missing. DR. Pachikara and I go way back when he had his practice in Utica. He took such good care of my mother and was very compassionate to us when she passed away. My late husband had great respect for him. He was my husband's doctor while he was treated...

I was very saddened to here of Dr. Pachikara's passing. I was very fortunate to have him for my first regular Doctor. He quickly diagnosed a very rare disease I had and saved my life. He had a kind and compassionate heart, I will never forget him. My condolences to his family. Until we met again in heaven my friend.
