The world lost a great man but heaven has another angel. He was a nice man. He was a great family friend. We thank God for having had the opportunity of knowing him, loving him and being loved by him. Thanks Allen family for caring for him in his last days. Give Mrs. Algie a hug from "Martha".

Mrs. Algie Allen and Family we are sorry for your loss. My mom and dad was very close friends with Mr. Sam & Mrs. Algie. My mom (Martha Huff) have been friends for over sixty something years. My mom sends you all her deepest sympathy and so does the rest of our family. We are keeping you in our prayers. We last saw Mr. Sam in Columbus less than a year ago. We had a wonderful time with Mr. Sam and Mrs. Algie. We will keep those memories in the fore-front. God Bless You All.

To the Love Ones of Mr. Sam Allen,
Lean and depend on Jesus, He knows your heart and your hurt. Peace I leave with you not as the world gives but peace that surpasses all understanding. Sam was a loving and caring person. He was a living example of what Jesus commanded that we should love one another as God has loved us.

It is Always sad to hear about the passing of a Fellow Veteran. We are sorry for your loss. Your family is in our prayers.

He was our next door neighbor in Cumberland Ridge and went to the same church with my late mother, work at the post office with my late father(Mary & William Shepherd).
