I have very fond memories of Sam while spending part of my childhood in Marlboro with my grandparents (Sam's Uncle Ted and Aunt Mildred Partington). I had spoken with Sam a couple of months back, and we talked about old times and the changes that have occurred in the town of Marlboro. I'm just sorry we didn't get the opportunity to visit, as we had discussed. You will be missed Sam, my man!

The picture of Sam, Gwen and I is still on my office wall - Sam was a teddy bear and will always be remembered fondly.

To John and family, my brother John and I can look back and remember that wonderful happy go lucky smile on Sammys face, even when he was breaking Larry and Flo's chops. Sorry I can't be in New York at this time. Ed Scoppa

Sam, you will always be in our hearts with fond memories and good times. You were like a guardian angel looking after us as we stayed in Marlboro summer after summer. We were all like a family. You will not be forgotten.
