Samuel Berkheiser Jr.

Sam was both a colleague and long time friend to Bob and I. Barb and I go back to high school days at Beach Island, so we were so pleased to know them in later life. Bob with Sam at Dunn GeoScience in the Camp Hill office in the mid-`70´s. We remember him fondly. Bob and Tina Ganis, Southern Pines, NC.

I met Sam in 5th grade and the friendship endured over the years. He had a great sense of humor and perspective on things in life such as politics conservation and of course automobiles. We spoke several weeks before his passing and facing his health crisis he still managed to display his whit and wisdom. RIP old friend and I hope you are hanging out with Decker and Jeff.

My husband Dave and myself VeronicaPhillips graduated with both Sam and Barbie and were so sad to hear of his sudden passing. We visited several times to catch up on children and grandchildren we will miss him and will continue to pray for Barbie and family. Love and Blessings to all of them

Very sad news to hear of Sam's passing. Sam was a wonderful person and highly approachable. I enjoyed talking with him at the PA Annual Field Conference and PACA Meetings. May God comfort Sam's family and give them peace.

Sam was a good friend of my brother Richard Keller when they were both in high school. (Richard died from early-onset Alzheimers 4 years ago) His family lived only a few houses away from ours in Camp Hill. I remember him as a very decent bright and handsome guy, with leadership qualities early on.
