to Sam's family
I got to work with Sam at Lejeune in the TBI clinic where I worked as a PA. He was a great help to me as a corpsman-he stayed late many a time so I wouldn't be alone after hours. He was a sweet young man that you should always be proud of. My deepest condolences to his family. I will always remember his smile.

Motivator, dude...... I have no words to describe this. your face has already been missed at the TBI clinic and now your family has to deal with missing you. MISS you bro.

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear about this! I grew up with Sam and went to school with him since middle school. I'm in total disbelief and really at a loss for words. I will keep you both in my thoughts. I hope you both can take comfort in all of the support your community has for you during this time
