Dear Francis, I was sadden to read of Sam's passing and thought of you both every time I passed by Duncaster. He sure had a wonderful full life and the obituary was beautifully written. You were the very best neighbors I had on South Ridge and if Sam saw me working outside he would always stop to tell me I wasn't getting any younger and I better get out there and start dating again.
