Not sure what to say?

Knowing Sam was an honor and a privilige. Our 3 Canadian fishing trips are some of the best experiences of my life and were made even better with Sam being a part. I was amazed at his stamina and energy in humping the packs and such over the tough portages and keeping up with all of us younger guys ! He will truly be missed and always remembered !

Anne Carter,
May God comfort you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Marsha (Western)Farrar

There is no finer person than Sam Carter. I will always remember, with fondest memories, our Canadian fishing trips and our river fishing times on the Shenandoah and James River. I will always cherish my memories of Sam and feel honored to have known him.
