Not sure what to say?

I, and We enjoyed Dr.Chapmans outlook on life and how his bedside manner was so reassuring, nurturing and upbeat. Please take comfort in the man he was and his life. He was such a positive influence for us who basically grew up in Liberty...so sorry for his passing yet so greatful to have shared this earth with him. God Bless you all!

I don't know anyone that enjoyed life more. I think of our Rotary trip often. I am sorry for your loss.

Ann and Jim, so sorry to read of Dr. Chapman's death. What a great man who enjoyed life to the fullest. Our sincerest sympathy.

I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Chapman but wish I had after reading about him. Optometry and mankind in general has lost a great man. My prayers are with you all.

Sam Chapman was one of the finest men we have ever known. We, Gene Allen and I, were privileged to become his friends and to go on VOSH missions with him to help people in Central and South America to see better once again. He worked hard preparing for these missions and during the time we were helping folks to regain good vision. He served our country during wartime, he served humanity for the rest of his life. God bless Sam Chapman for being a loyal and loving servant. Well done, Sam, enter...
