Sam was a visionary developer, an outstanding citizen and a great neighbor. We will greatly miss knowing he was just over the fence. His residential and commercial developments stand out, high quality, well designed and very innovative. They created the streetscapes and set the tone for the Old Town that was emerging. Sam was a true character, a fascinating man, my husband and I spent many happy hours with him and Molly in the past, including a skiing trip to Zermatt which was memorable. My condolences to his girls.
