Dr. Samuel Templeman Gladding

I will always remember Sam as a kind, caring man of action. I had requested that WFU provide office space for the Sheriff´s Chaplin to counsel crime victims as it was very frightening for them to enter the courthouse and be publicly noticed. Sam arranged for our court watch group to have an office in the former Reynolds glass building so this could be achieved. Thank you Sam and God bless you and your family. Ann Esch

Dr. Gladding was a great man, historian, and above all a caring individual. I remember him telling me about his conversation with Mother Theresa. He was never without a smile. Blessings and prayers to his family and friends. He will be missed.
