When all is said and done, what I remember about my Uncle Sam was his love of family, his pure heart, and the special relationship he had with his "Bro" Al.

Dear Aunt Mildred, cousins Michael, Neil, and David. It has been way too long since I last saw, or spoke to my Uncle Sam, and for that I am full of regret.
My memories of him will always be of a loving, caring and proud man whose love for his family dominated all that he did. What a legacy he has left.
My thoughts are with you all.
Love cousin Steve.

Aunt Mildred, cousins Michael, Neil and David - your dad was a gentle man. I am sorry for your loss. How blessed his daughter in laws were and his grandchildren were in having a wonderful Zeda. Remembering him lovingly.... you stay in my prayers. Love Ellen
