Not sure what to say?

As a Chief Master Sergeant I worked for General Green at 2130 Comm Group, RAF Coughton, England in 1971. He was a great guy and helped me make Chief. God bless you General Green. Chief Alves.

I served under Colonel, later General Greene. He was a commander I greatly admired. He was tough and demanding. He was also so very dedicated. When I met him i an airport after he had been promoted to general, I wanted to tell him how great an officer he was but was afraid it would seem like I was sucking up. He was one of the best officers I had ever served under. My condolences.

To Fran and Members of the Greene family

Please accept our condolences on your loss. We know how much Sam meant to Fran. We hope that you will find some peace and comfort in your memories of him.

Sam, our heartfelt condolences to you and your family -- we're so very sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with you.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself … any man’s death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
